Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for Rathmines Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre states that we require 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation. If a client answers yes to a text or confirms verbally and fails to attend; a “no show” will be charged for Physiotherapy of $65.00 and Remedial Massage Therapy of $65.00 ( 1 hr masssage).
Clients who fail to attend 3 appointments will require payment upfront for any subsequent appointments booked. Pre-payment can be made via credit card over the phone at the time the appointment is made in the clinic.
